Copala Community:

We are happy to announce that pool in Tower 3 has been completed. The construction team finished the pool repairs as the scheduled, and the pool was open to residents during the last week of July.

We are also pleased to inform you that there has been significant progress with regards to the upkeep of the landscaping in the common areas around the towers, homes and entryways. The Copala staff has been working tirelessly to keep the Copala areas clean and well-groomed, and the developed areas are looking lovelier than ever.

Construction continues on the exteriors of buildings 4, 5 and 6. The final stages of construction and the landscaping projects for building 4 are still underway, and crews have begun laying the brick on the 5^th floor of building 5, as well as on the 1^st level of building 6. Work on the infrastructure and urbanization around all three buildings is progressing, and the administration has been working closely with all projects to establish schedules for the irrigation system in order to control flow and pressure.

 
Construction continues on Condos: and 1103, 3104, 3405, 3101, 3105 and 3402. on Houses 40, 44, 50, 51, 65, 67, 75, 79, 84, and 85. In June, construction began on House 55 and in July, construction began on House 27. Ground will be breaking on 4 more houses in the next few months: House 77 (August), House 18 and 39 (September), and House 82 (October).

Coronado Community: 

The Coronado main entrance is almost complete and it looks beautiful! Soon, security will be up and running!

Within the community, teams are still working on many aspects of the infrastructure, including landscaping, systems for potable water, the sanitary network, and drainage; and the implementation of street lights and signage. They have also made progress since last month on the urbanization of the community and continue to work on the following projects: earthworks, retaining-wall platforms, and roads.

Construction is almost complete the three model homes, Casa Alvar, Casa Fontanet, and Casa Espejo, and work is progressing nicely on seven additional homes:  1.1, 3.2, 4.2, 4.7, 5.4, 6.2 and 7.5. Additionally, construction began in June on Houses 3.2 and 6.2, and in July, we broke ground on House 6.5 and House 7.3. Construction will begin on 2 more houses in the next few months: House 7.4 (August), and House 2.5 (November). The sales team is working with the owners of these scheduled homes so that they may select their customizations, as well as with the owners of five more homes (Houses 4.3, 4.4, 5.1, 5.5, 7.2) that will soon be scheduled for construction.
