When renting a stay at the villas or condos of the residential units at Quivira, it may be a little overwhelming finding out the many options available for you: from which activities to choose from to what to eat. To make things easy, here are some suggestions so you can make the most of three perfect days at Quivira.
Adventures, landscapes, and pleasures
Day 1
If you like sophistication and pampering yourself with delicious gastronomic alternatives, you can choose to have breakfast at our Club House. Kick start your day with seasonal fresh fruit, followed by a Quivira omelet and homemade bread.
After recharging your batteries, get ready for a midday dose of excitement. Our transport service will take you to the emblematic Médano Cabo San Lucas beach, near La Marina where you can swim in its peaceful waters or even go on a yacht. Don’t forget to go to the Arch, a natural landmark and an icon of this marvelous destination, as well as the nearby beaches such as Playa del Amor (Love Beach).
Back at Quivira, finish off your day at Cibola restaurant, located in the Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas. It’s a Tuscan refuge where you can enjoy dishes such as the typical Baja shrimp taco served tempura style or wrapped fish, served with smoked potatoes, crustacean sauce and lemon-sautéed arugula.
Day 2
The following day is ideal to start the morning exploring the delicacies of El Deli, located in The Market, where you will be able to enjoy signature sandwiches made with freshly baked bread, meats, cheeses and seasonings, all carefully selected. After breakfast, how about talking a stroll through the natural trails that where once inhabited by the indigenous people of Sierra La Laguna? At Quivira, tours to the lighthouse are also organized. From this structura, you will be able to gaze at the desert landscape and enjoy the beautiful views.
If the stroll alone wasn’t enough, we invite you to take a tour through the Amakiri botanical garden. Here you’ll find a great variety of endemic cacti, although there are also plants from Oaxaca, Chihuahua and even a cactus from Madagascar.
After these activities, reward yourself and come to LaFrida. Located in Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, this contemporary Mexican cuisine restaurant is the best for couples who want to taste the grilled bass with the traditional mole de olla (a mole sauce-flavored soup) or black chichilo mole with pork, one of the favorite dishes. This place has the highest distinctions in Los Cabos for its fine dining, including a AAA Four Diamond Award for its culinary excellence.
Day 3
Being at Quivira means living experiences with all your senses, which is why we suggest you play a round at the golf course and enjoy its beautiful ocean view.
Designed by Jack Nicklaus, this course extends along 7,085 yards. It’s been recognized as one of the most distinguished courses in the world. In fact, in 2014, Golf Magazine named it as the “Best New International Golf Course” and when its doors opened, Golf Inc. awarded it as “Development of the Year”.
After this journey, take a fitness class, exclusive at our QLife Program, where you can practice whatever activity you like most, from stretching, abs training, step cardio and pickleball to yoga lessons.
End your activities pampering yourself at Armonia Spa. Relax and unwind while receiving a detoxifying, toning or relaxing massage or an exfoliating treatment, with healing body wraps, all for your wellbeing.
And for the final course, visit 1950, located in The Market as well, where you’ll find classic American dishes. If you want something different and original, you can have a delicious experience in Chef on fire. Four courses, delights cooked under the flames, while the sun melts into the horizon.
