Q Life Offerings Sparkle at Beach Club

Created as an exclusive amenity for residents of Quivira Los Cabos, the Beach Club at Quivira Los Cabos, unveiled last November, has expanded its menu of Q Life activities for owners.

Already a go-to destination for community residents, the family-friendly Beach Club features a heated zero-entry pool, beach deck, hot tub, snack bar, and bathrooms with showers and changing facilities. Private day beds, chaise lounges and a fire pit are also available for relaxation. Sports fans gravitate to the large rectangular bar and the six flat-screen TV’s suspended above it. Snacks, refreshing drinks, and specialty cocktails are served along with breathtaking views of the sea from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.

Bold and unique, the shroud-like entryway to the Beach Club was initially inspired by a concha (seashell) and later refined to resemble the carapace of a sea turtle. (Migrating female turtles lay their eggs on the resort community’s beaches). The steel framework of the structure is covered with woven palm fronds (of the type used to make palapas) to blend in with the beach and desert. 

A fully equipped gym, designed by local fitness celebrity Modu Seye, now offers a wide range of classes, including power flex, abs & glutes, step cardio training, aqua fitness classes, and yoga. As a bonus, Saturday yoga classes are held on the beach. The state-of-the-art gym has a fitness coach on staff to meet the individual needs of residents, who is also available for private sessions, either at the Beach Club or at an owner’s residence.

The club’s schedule of events and activities is now in full swing. The Owner’s Cocktail Party, held on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., gives residents a chance to meet their neighbors in a relaxed beachfront setting. 

Movie Nights in the Sailboat Garden will begin in May, with classic, old-time films projected onto a canvas sail on Friday nights, providing after-dark entertainment for the entire family. 

The club’s La Concha restaurant offers ceviche, salads and top-quality poolside snacks. In addition, residents will soon enjoy Tacos de Barrio (neighborhood tacos) on Friday nights, with everyone’s favorite Mexican dish available in a variety of preparations. Asian Afternoons, a popular themed culinary event, are currently held on Saturdays.
